Q. The Codes don't work. I put them in and nothing happened, how long does it take to get colored?

A. They work Instantly! The Codes Are VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY picky. (did I make my point?) If you even have one mistake, you will not see color! You need to have everything correct. There are blank spaces in each code which a lot of people forget to put in. I have created PROFILE HELP PAGE - CLICK HERE for people having this problem. This page will help you! Please read that page now if your having this problem!

Q. My Member Name is BLACK! How do you color it?

A. You can't.. The reason for this is that only text AFTER the codes will show color, since there is no way to put a code before member name, it can't be colored. TIP: You can make your background color black to hide it! ADVANCED TIP: make your background black to hide it, then create a "New Category", as explained on page 2, call it "Member Name" and this new category will be in color!

Q. Do I have to put all the codes on the member name line?

A. No, but its a good idea. Only text after the code will change color, so if you put all the codes on your hobby line, only hobbies to the bottom of your profile will be in color! You can change your font color, font size anyplace in your profile just by adding a new code where you want the affect to take place! Background color can go anyplace on your profile! ( I tell people on page one to put the codes on member name line, so they don't get too confused when first coloring their profile, I try and keep this page as easy for new people as possible)

Q. How Do I get more space on my profile?

A. You can't! Would be nice if they gave us a little more space. Currently AOL give you 1181 spaces for text and codes:

Member Name: 128, Location: 255, Marital Status:32, Hobbies:255, Computer: 128 Occupation: 128 Quote: 255

This is all the space you get. Note some members make it look like they have more space by hitting enter (which will put everything down a line) but they still have the same amount of space!

Q. I want to add those Dolls to my profile, and some nice music too!

A. Sorry, its a nice thought! Currently it's impossible

Q. How did you make the text follow the cursor in the "secret area"?

A. Its a new complex technology called DHTML or Dynamic HTML. Its far to complex for a short answer. You can read about it on the internet! htmlgoodies.com has a good section on it, but it is very complex! Yes there is a secret area on my page. where? that's a secret, but you might have some luck looking in unexpected places on PAGE 1!

Q. Can I make new codes?

A. No, but I have used the codes ways never thought of before! Codes are a special version of HTML, the language to create web pages. AOL has modified HTML slightly for their own use. Why? Good Question! But I can't make new codes, only AOL can! BUT, I have been the first to use them in a particular way. I am the first one to put Scuba Man in a profile, and the boot me offline code in a profile, both codes are on page 2. Both are secrets that have been around for years, but never used in profiles before.. At least to my knowledge!
 
Q. My friend wants to See this page, but the web brower isn't working!

A. CALL AOL, most of the time by calling AOL, they can fix this problem, usually its somthing simple like a wrong modem setting! Expect to spend some time on hold, because AOL's phones are usually busy. AOL technical support number is 1-800-827-3338. TELL them they need to call and get this problem fixed!

Q. I am haveing trouble Saving this PAGE to my "Favorite Places"

A. Save PAGE 1, That will save correctly! Some page's won't save correctly due to pop-ups when you load the page. PAGE 1 will always work!

Q. I Loved your page! Is there anything I can do for you?

A. Link your profile to My page. The CODE is on PAGE 2 under the catagory I'll LOVE YOU! I love when people link Home Pages to my page also!
